SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

Our shopping cart with calculate shipping costs based on the weight of your order and your shipping address and ship via FedEx or UPS. To view the cost of shipping before submitting your order, you may proceed to Step 2 of the checkout process where it will be displayed.

If you require a faster shipping method, please contact us before submitting your order.

Orders are processed within 24hrs during business days. We sometimes require an additional 24hrs for order lead time -- the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, round up your products, and package your order.

Order Status/Tracking

The easiest way to check the status of your order is to create an account and login before checking out.
Doing this will allow you to not only view your order history, but view the status of your order whether it is being processed or has been shipped out.
Our order clerks can also leave notes for you regarding your order within your account such as, tracking numbers, courier used, backorders, etc.

RETURNS

Returns/Damaged Goods
Returns/Exchanges: Contact us to receive Return Authorization (RA), and for return instructions prior to sending back your item(s). Returns sent without an RA will be returned to sender. Shipping expenses for returned or exchanged goods is the responsibility of the customer. Product must be in original packaging and all packaging materials enclosed. (All goods will be sent back to our Canadian location).
Call 1-877-565-7560 during business hours for your RA.

Damaged Goods: Please contact us within 24 business hours of receiving your order if your goods were damaged during shipping, prior to returning.

If you are a commercial printer or copy shop, we encourage you to register your company today and become a member of our dealer team. Once you have signed-up on our website, drop us a line by phone or email. We will then apply your dealer discount to your online account so that you may start buying direct from our website, by telephone or by fax.
Your discount at that point will be automatically discounted from the retail prices shown online.
